CreateSpace¶
Creates an empty space.

Handle CreateSpace(const char *name);
Registers: (name, len) -> r0 space handle or error
Fill it with MemInjectObj() / MemInjectBytes(), then add tasks with CreateTask(). Its maximum priority is the caller's.
