A hello-world that calls into the kernel, built and started from zzsh.

The program

• main, Quit(), logging, what crt0 hands you (argc/argv, slot 0)

Building it

• where it goes in the tree, sd.manifest

Running it

• starting it from zzsh, reading the exit status
