Hold¶
Parks the call in hand so the server can receive others, and returns a ticket for it.

Err Hold(Ticket *out);
Registers: () -> r0 status, r1 ticket
The caller stays blocked until the ticket is answered with ReplyTo() (from any thread of this space) or the port dies (ERR_DEAD). A parked caller no longer lends its priority to the server. A port parks at most 64 calls.
